Another victory for Spain in their Euro 2012 warm up games, Vicente Del Bosque's side beating South Korea 4-1 in Bern, Switzerland. The coach drafted Fernando Torres in to his starting line-up after the Chelsea striker helped his side to a first ever Champions League title, and within twelve minutes he had his name on the scoresheet, connecting with Beñat's cross with his back to goal to head the ball past Kim Jin Hyeon. The keeper did well to save from Cazorla, and Mata had a goal disallowed for a clear offside as Spain dominated the first half, but with two minutes to the break they could do nothing as Kim Do Heon intercepted a clearance on the edge of the area and fired an impressive shot back past Reina. It didn't take La Roja long to wrest back control though, Xabi Alonso converting a penalty early in the second half after Cho Yong Hyung blocked Monreal's cross with his hands, and four minutes later Cazorla made it three with a clever free kick under the defensive wall as they jumped in the area expecting a high shot. Silva went close and Kim saved from Negredo as Del Bosque brought on the changes, and with ten minutes to go Negredo scored the fourth after Soldado (who misses out on the cut) crossed in from the right wing. The warm ups are going well, and the Barcelona and Athletic players haven't even joined the squad yet!
